We teamed up with Yankee Distillers out of Clifton Park, NY to make this delicious syrup.  We age our syrup in freshly emptied Yankee Bourbon Barrels and let age for 6 Months!  The results are amazing.  Take one little taste and you will be coming back for more.
 
Use as a topping over vanilla ice cream or drizzle over cheese cake!  Gives your salmon or scallops a unique and delicious added flavor.
